
I cooked Sangayaki which was one of the Japanese traditional fisherman's cooking.
I cut some horse mackerels, long onions, and green shiso leaves into small pieces and then added miso.
All of them were mixed and beaten by a kitchen knife (so called "tataki" in Japanese) and pan-fried.
This is my favorite cooking and it is very healthy and delicious.

Thanks for the recipe, we were in Chiba and had this, so delicious but not sure how they made it.
